Ahmed A. Alali is Co-Head of the PrinceRidge Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities business. Prior to PrinceRidge, Ahmed was a Managing Director and a senior member of the Commercial Real Estate Group at Dillon Read Capital Management LLC from May 2006 to August 2007. Prior to that, he was a senior member of the Commercial Real Estate Group at the UBS Investment Bank. His responsibilities included structuring and securitizations as well as large loan originations. Ahmed joined UBS in 1999 and was a member of the Principal Finance & Credit Arbitrage business. Prior to joining UBS, Ahmed was a Vice President in the Principal Transactions Group at Credit Suisse from 1996 to 1999. He came to Credit Suisse from Smith Barney, Inc. where he was an Assistant Vice President in MBS Trading from 1994 to 1996. Ahmed graduated with a BS in Civil Engineering from Case Western Reserve University and attended graduate courses at MIT
