John P. Costas is Chairman of PrinceRidge. John was with UBS from 1996 to 2007. During his tenure at UBS, John held various positions including Deputy CEO of UBS A.G., Chairman and CEO of the UBS Investment Bank and Chairman and CEO of Dillon Read Capital Management LLC. John was a member of the UBS Group Executive Board from 2001 to 2005. Prior to UBS, John was with CS First Boston Corporation from 1981 to 1996. While at CS First Boston Corporation, John held several positions including Co-Global Head of the Fixed Income Division. John has a BA from the University of Delaware and an MBA from the Tuck School at Dartmouth College. John is a member of the Tuck Board of Overseers, the Villanova Business School Advisory Board, the A Better Chance National Board and a former NYSE advisory board member. |

 Michael T. Hutchins |
Michael T. Hutchins is the Chief Executive Officer of PrinceRidge. Prior to PrinceRidge, Michael was with UBS from 1996 to 2007. While at UBS, he held a variety of positions including the Global Head of the Fixed Income, Rates & Currencies Group at UBS Investment Bank, and most recently as the President of Dillon Read Capital Management LLC. Prior to UBS, Michael worked for Salomon Brothers from 1986 to 1996 and held a number of management positions including Head of Capital Markets Products and most recently Co-Head of Fixed Income Capital Markets. Michael graduated with an AB in Mathematics and Economics from Washington University in St. Louis. He received a PhD in Economics from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. He is a former member of the Board of Directors of the Bond Market Association. |

 Ahmed A. Alali |
Ahmed A. Alali is Co-Head of the PrinceRidge Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities business. Prior to PrinceRidge, Ahmed was a Managing Director and a senior member of the Commercial Real Estate Group at Dillon Read Capital Management LLC from May 2006 to August 2007. Prior to that, he was a senior member of the Commercial Real Estate Group at the UBS Investment Bank. His responsibilities included structuring and securitizations as well as large loan originations. Ahmed joined UBS in 1999 and was a member of the Principal Finance & Credit Arbitrage business. Prior to joining UBS, Ahmed was a Vice President in the Principal Transactions Group at Credit Suisse from 1996 to 1999. He came to Credit Suisse from Smith Barney, Inc. where he was an Assistant Vice President in MBS Trading from 1994 to 1996. Ahmed graduated with a BS in Civil Engineering from Case Western Reserve University and attended graduate courses at MIT. |

Colette C. Dow is the Chief Operating Officer of PrinceRidge. Prior to PrinceRidge, Colette was a Managing Director and the Chief Operating Officer of Dillon Read Capital Management LLC (“Dillon Read”). Prior to joining Dillon Read, Colette held a number of positions at the UBS Investment Bank (“UBS”), most recently, as a Managing Director and the Global Business Manager for the Fixed Income, Rates & Currencies division. Colette joined UBS in 1997 as an Associate Director in the Finance & Control Department. Prior to joining UBS, Colette was with KPMG LLP from 1988 to 1997, most recently as a Senior Audit Manager in the Financial Services sector. Colette graduated from St. Bonaventure University with a BBA in Accounting and was licensed as a CPA in New York State. |

Ronald J. Garner is Co-Head of the PrinceRidge Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities Business. His responsibilities included trading and pricing as well as managing the conduit origination process. Ron joined UBS in 1999 and was a member of the Principal Finance & Credit Arbitrage business. Prior to joining UBS, Ron was a Vice President in the Principal Transactions Group at Credit Suisse from 1996 to 1999. He came to Credit Suisse from Smith Barney, Inc. where he was in MBS Trading from 1994 to 1996. Ron received a BS in Accounting/Finance from Tulane University. |
